Managing Member
Mr. Thistle has seventeen years of extensive real estate experience negotiating and structuring complex real estate transactions in multiple states including North Carolina, South Carolina, Texas, and Wisconsin. Since 2001, Mr. Thistle has served as the President of Brookstone Homes, Inc., one of southeastern Wisconsin's leading residential home builders. Prior to coming to Wisconsin, Mr. Thistle was the Division President of publically traded home building companies in Texas and North Carolina.
Mr. Thistle's career has focused primarily on construction operations, land aquistion, entitlements, approvals, and development.
Mr. Thistle is currently a member and Chairman of the Developers Council at the Metropolitan Builders Association.
Following service in the United States Marine Corps, Mr. Thistle earned a BA in political science from Saint John's University in New York and completed graduate studies at the University of Texas, San Antonio, Business School.
Mr. Thistle serves as the Managing Broker for Provident Real Estate Services, LLC.

Mr. DeCleene has fifteen years experience in construction and real estate development throughout Wisconsin. For the bulk of his career, Mr. DeCleene has concentrated on accounting and finance. He has extensive knowledge and experience in job cost analysis, determining contract scope, and risk transfer.
Over the past six years, Mr. DeCleene has served as the Executive Vice President at Brookstone Homes, Inc. In this capacity, he has been responsible for the approval, engineering, and construction of new subdivisions.
Prior to his involvement with Brookstone Homes, Mr. DeCleene spent five years at a large public accounting firm, Deloitte & Touche LLP, where he specialized in audits of construction companies.
Mr. DeCleene graduated from the University of Wisconsin at Milwaukee with a degree in accounting. He is a certified public accountant.
